Applied AI
Every paradigm shift I’ve worked through — citizen-first government services, map-optional geographic data, a first-of-its-kind program I built at Princeton — followed the same pattern: recognizing the shift before it became conventional wisdom, then building the strategy to act on it. AI is the largest shift like this I’ve seen, and I bring organizations the same instinct: not just using the technology, but reframing how a team, a workflow, or a service should work because of it.
Using AI to make one-on-one relevance scale for a real business with real clients, real data, and real tooling constraints.
